You may upgrade your current-year Scott’s product.

Book buyers: 100% trade-in value for their current-year book when upgrading to a current-year CD-ROM or Web Account. (book must be in re-salable condition.)

CD-ROM buyers: 100% trade-up value for their current-year performance level when upgrading.

PinPointer CD buyers – upgrade to Profiler or Prospector package
Profiler CD buyers – upgrade to Prospector
NOTE: An upgrade password is issued by email for almost immediate turn-around time.

Online subscribers: 100% trade-up value for current-year performance level when upgrading.

Profiler subscribers – move up to Prospector account
NOTE: Web Accounts are upgraded by your Scott’s rep. Contact us today.

Online Additional Users: Increasing the number of licensed seats for your Scott’s Web Account can be a matter of adding them part-way through your 12-month term. After the 6-month mark, any additional seats ordered will be priced 50% below regular list.

Please note that your upgrade may also entail moving into a larger database. For example, you may wish to upgrade from an Ontario Directory to a National Directory.

Your upgrade may also involve a CD-ROM Directory that is older than current-year. For example, you may have a 2004 CD Profiler that you would like to upgrade to Prospector. Since the new 2006 information in now available, we’d highly recommend moving up to Prospector with the 2006 data
